Shipping Policy

All HIBHA orders are carefully inspected, quality-checked, and premium-packed before dispatch. Our processing timeline:

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically processed the same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day
• Customized or personalized items require an additional 3–5 business days for production
• You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships

We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India via trusted courier partners. Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹999; orders below ₹999 carry a flat ₹99 shipping fee.

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipments may be subject to:

• Custom duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country (borne by the customer)
• Longer delivery timelines of 10–21 business days depending on destination
• Additional documentation requirements for certain countries

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with:

• Your unique tracking ID / AWB number
• The name of the courier partner handling your shipment
• A direct link to the tracking page

You can also track your order by logging into your HIBHA account and navigating to My Orders. Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to update after dispatch.

In the event of a significant delay, our team will proactively notify you via email with an updated estimated delivery date. We appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.

Remote or rural areas may experience extended delivery times of up to 10–12 business days due to limited courier serviceability.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically make 2–3 attempts before returning the package to us. To avoid this:

• Ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours
• Keep your phone reachable as couriers may call before delivery
• Provide complete and accurate address details including flat/house number, landmark, and PIN code

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-delivery charges may apply. Refunds will not be issued for packages returned due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient.
