HIBHA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective upon posting to this page.

All HIBHA products are handcrafted in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. We make every effort to accurately display product colors, dimensions, and materials. However:

• Color may vary slightly due to monitor calibration and lighting conditions.
• Handcrafted items may have minor natural variations — this is a mark of authenticity, not a defect.
• Dimensions are approximate and may vary by ±5% due to the artisan manufacturing process.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product may differ slightly.

HIBHA reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹999; orders below ₹999 carry a flat ₹99 shipping fee. HIBHA reserves the right to change prices at any time.

In the event of a pricing error, HIBHA reserves the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, with a full refund issued promptly.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. HIBHA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including due to:

• Product unavailability or stock discrepancies
• Errors in product description or pricing
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to deliver to the specified address

Cancellations requested by the customer must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement, before the item has been dispatched. Post-dispatch cancellations are not accepted.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, graphics, and code — is the exclusive property of HIBHA and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written permission.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to such claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
